OEC – Homeland Security
OEC helps coordinate efforts on a national level and is responsible for the release of grant dollars under PSIC. OEC is also the origination of the SAFECOM Continuum that identifies the areas of Communications Interoperability and the different levels that can be used as benchmarks for an agencies overall status.
